zumba fitness class.
This class will afford couples the opportunity to have some healthy fun together.  This is a combination class that will include a cardio workout, strength training, stretching and stress reduction practices.  Participants will be sharing their mind, body and spirit with their mates in an effort to get even closer to the one they love.


BABYSITTING WILL BE AVAILABLE, IF NEEDED.  Please call the Recreation office at 508-829-0263.

Couple's Class
The cost of this class is $113.00 PER COUPLE.
Please bring a mat to class.
