Self defence class.
The Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System is a training program of realistic self defense tactics and techniques. This course is for Wachusett area women only, aged 15 and older, that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and progresses to basic, hands-on defense training.

General
This 6 week class will be taught by a Holden Police officer, certified in RAD training.
