Treadmill
Classes are based mainly on timed intervals which can accommodate clients with a range of abilities and allows for the modification of exercises when necessary.  Interval training is a great way to increase cardiovascular endurance, as well as muscular endurance and strength.

General Information
Participants should bring a water bottle.
Studio parking is in the back lot.
Please enter through the back door.
