Cardio Kickboxing and Kettlebell

Your instructor will incorporate the benefits of kickboxing and the use of kettlebells in one class. You will feel empowered and get moving with these non-contact, cardio kickboxing moves. Kettlebells will be used in between choreographed kickboxing moves to work major muscles, melt away fat, tone your core and increase strength.
Please bring a kettlebell that you are comfortable with.
