Feel Better Fitness – Three SPRING SESSIONS
How would you like to have some fun while learning easy ways to strengthen your muscles, bones and brain? Feel Better Fitness is a unique program designed around the needs and abilities of the over-55 demographic.
Classes are part discussion and part movement. The small group size and pace are just right for individual attention as needed; the environment is safe and friendly.
Taught by NASM-certified Senior Fitness Specialist Martha Ruch,
classes include gentle stretching and mobility movements; balance practice; resistance and strength training using elastic bands, light kettlebells and dumbbells; goal setting; and general nutrition tips. All exercises may be modified based on participants’ individual abilities. Chairs are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
The First Spring Session will run twice weekly in March, from Tues., March 12 – Thurs., March 28. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm. The cost for the 3-week program (6 classes) is $75.
The Second Spring Session will run once weekly in April and May, from Tues., April 2 - Tues., May 21. Classes meet Tuesdays at 10 am. The cost for the 8-week program (8 classes) is $99.
The Third Spring Session will run once weekly in April and May, from Tues., April 2 - Tues., May 21. Classes meet Tuesdays at 4pm. The cost for the 8-week program (8 classes) is $99.
